How to travel within Ecuador by air? Ecuador has two International Airports located in Quito and Guayaquil. To get to destinations such as: Cuenca, Loja, Manta, Baltra, San Cristobal, or any other destination, you must depart from Quito or Guayaquil on a domestic flight. Important
